mess 既可以做名称，也可以做动词，

跟读这句话，最主要的一个点在于restrict这个词的用法，表示把什么东西或行为限定在一个范围内或者以法规来约束什么东西。

而其同义词restrain则表示限制或阻止什么人做什么事。

2、今天这段事part2的最后一段，所以画了不少时间重复跟读了前面整篇对话的内容。
