《蚊梦词》

我有两帘幽梦，
却是与蚊相共。
夜半惊魂初醒，
梦里仍闻轻哼。

一梦是它恋我，
叹我血香味浓；
一梦是我恋它，
求它咬我成空。

醒后枕边无语，
只有红点成丛。
世间情深缘浅，
唯蚊念念不终。

I had two curtains of dream,
but both were shared with mosquitoes.
At midnight I stirred in fear,
yet their humming still haunted my sleep.

One dream: it loved me—
sighing at the sweetness of my blood.
The other: I loved it—
begging it to bite me into nothingness.

I woke, no words beside my pillow,
only red dots blooming like spring.
Deep are the ties of this world, yet fleeting—
only the mosquito
refuses
to let go.

I dreamed I was it.

We woke up in bites.

醒来全是包。

I lit the incense.
It thanked me for the ambience,
then bit me again.
我点燃蚊香。

再来叮一口。

Jun Jun is dreaming——
but the wings of two insects
wrote the final verse.
