这次学习瑞典语，尽量利用当初学习英语的经验和工具。所以我下载了全套《新概念英语》四册，从第一册开始，把课文让chatGPT 或者Claude翻译成瑞典语。利用词典和语法书去理解，不懂就问AI。For learning Swedish this time, I'm trying to leverage the experience and tools from when I originally learned English. So I downloaded the complete set of all four volumes of "New Concept English," starting from the first volume, having the texts translated into Swedish by ChatGPT or Claude. I use dictionaries and grammar books to understand, and ask AI whenever I don't understand something. / Den här gången, när jag lär mig svenska, försöker jag använda de erfarenheter och verktyg som jag använde när jag lärde mig engelska. Därför laddade jag ner hela serien av New Concept English (alla fyra böcker). Jag började från den första boken och lät ChatGPT eller Claude översätta texterna till svenska. Sedan använder jag ordböcker och grammatikböcker för att förstå innehållet, och när jag inte förstår något frågar jag AI.

希望这一次能再现自己当初学习英语的奇效。

除了从英语教材翻译过来的资料外，我还开始阅读一本瑞典语小说，当然要借助于AI的翻译和解析，加上字典和语法书。读小说是建立语感的必要步骤。

语音方面则主要是看一些剪短的网上视频语音教材，油管上很多这类东西。I hope this time I can recreate the amazing results I achieved when I first learned English. Förutom materialet som översätts från den engelska läroboken har jag också börjat läsa en svensk roman—naturligtvis med hjälp av AI för översättning och analys, tillsammans med ordbok och grammatik. Att läsa romaner är ett nödvändigt steg för att bygga upp språkkänsla. När det gäller uttal tittar jag främst på korta videolektioner online; det finns många sådana resurser på YouTube.

今天下午一个老奶奶匆匆进店，说她试衣服的时候，掉了脖子上的项链。她冲进试衣间，在夹缝里找到那根金项链，一边捧在手心里一边说，是她妈妈留给她的纪念品！我们都庆幸她之后进来试衣服的人没有拿走那个项链。

我们小店已经多次有顾客回头找东西了，多数都能找到。在她进来之前，还有一个中年女性进来找她的手提包，没找到，但她一出门，看见她丈夫提着她的包包从隔壁餐厅里出来了。所以我们小店对很多顾客来说是幸运小店。

今天早上一个万里之外的朋友发给我一段话，讲了一个心理学现象，我回复一句话：小时候的心理伤害，要用一生时间去疗愈。

This afternoon an elderly lady rushed into the store, saying she had dropped the necklace from her neck while trying on clothes. She rushed into the fitting room and found the gold necklace in a gap.
