学习能力和做事能力都是需要综合素质作为基础，书面表达能力，写出思路清晰、表达准确的书面文档，见字如见人。一个能做出好论文的人，他的系统性解决问题的能力一定差不了。这样的人招来之后，往往被放到了公司的研究型部门或小组，专门解决未知问题。因为他们的优秀论文经历证明了他们善于发现未知问题、能够解决未知问题、具备问题总结的所谓科研攻关能力。
